Guests have access to 3 outdoor pools: semi-Olympic pool 25 m with 5 lanes; pool N2: 18x10 m, depth 120–160 cm; pool N3: 15x10 m, depth 120–160 cm; 2 children's pools 6x3 m, depth 60 cm, with free sunbeds and umbrellas, a water slide for kids, and an indoor pool.

On-site facilities: indoor fitness hall 285 m² with the latest fitness equipment and treadmills; 2 halls 35/20 m with professional Canadian flooring for wrestling, gymnastics, and dance; outdoor fitness area 120 m²; multipurpose court 620 m² with special flooring suitable for volleyball, basketball, boccia, mini football, roller hockey; two professional tables for mini tennis, tennis court, mini-golf.
