4. Documents Required for the Purchase of a Travel Package
To process a booking, the following are required: a valid identification document, residence address (if different from the registration address), up-to-date contact details (phone and e-mail), correspondence address (if applicable).
5. Terms and Methods of Payment
Payment is made exclusively in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) at the exchange rate set by the partner tour operator on the date of payment. Unless otherwise provided by the contract, the following rules apply: full payment for the issuance of international tickets; 50% upon booking confirmation and the remaining balance 60 days before departure; bookings made less than 60 days before departure must be paid in full. Payment can be made by bank transfer, bank card, or cash in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content of the website is the exclusive property of E.Line and is protected by copyright law. Copying or distributing materials without the written consent of the agency is prohibited. Printing pages for personal use is allowed.
