EARLY BOOKING PROMOTION TERMS (SEASON 2026)

Booking period: 01.03.2026 — 31.03.2026
Arrival dates: 01.04.2026 — 01.11.2026

Destination BULGARIA:
Payment terms:

• 20% within 3 working days from confirmation (*the first day is the day of booking confirmation)
• additional 10% by 31.03.2026 (total paid by 31.03.2026 must be at least 30%)
• remaining 70% no later than 15 days before tour start

Destination GREECE:
Payment terms:

• 30% within 3 working days from confirmation (*the first day is the day of booking confirmation)
• remaining 70% no later than 15 days before tour start

Destination TURKEY:
Payment terms:

• 20% within 3 working days from confirmation (*the first day is the day of booking confirmation)
• additional 10% by 31.03.2026 (total paid by 31.03.2026 must be at least 30%)
• remaining 70% no later than 15 days before tour start

Destination MONTENEGRO:
Payment terms:

• 20% within 3 working days from confirmation (*the first day is the day of booking confirmation)
• additional 10% by 31.03.2026 (total paid by 31.03.2026 must be at least 30%)

Destination TICKETS (without hotel/package booking):
Payment terms:

• Full payment must be made within 2 banking days from booking confirmation.

Cancellation policy:

• more than 22 days before tour/departure — 10 EUR per tourist**;
• less than 22 days — according to the cooperation agreement terms**;
• *Bookings where hotels apply different prepayment/cancellation conditions are confirmed upon coordination with the booking manager.

Important:

• Early Booking promotion terms do not apply to bookings with arrival before 01.04.2026;
• Tourist name changes are possible only upon request and subject to approval by the booking manager;
• Change of travel dates is not allowed (if date change is required — cancellation under applicable penalties and rebooking of a new request applies);
• Change of accommodation type / room category — cancellation under applicable penalties and new booking required;
• Payment is made according to the exchange rate valid on the payment date. Invoice is valid for 1 day. In case of payment schedule violation, the highest exchange rate from the date of booking confirmation will apply.
