TEEN PALACE" SUNNY BEACH

The International Children and Youth Center "Teen Palace" is located in the southern, quiet part of Sunny Beach resort, 350–400 m, or a 7-minute walk from the beach. The hotel is secluded from the roadway and is a safe place for children. The ancient town of Nessebar, which can be reached on foot, is only 2 km away.

ACCOMMODATION: The complex consists of one four-story building, built in 2014, meeting the latest European standards with a well-arranged territory. Accommodation is provided in two- and three-room apartments.

Children are accommodated 2–3–4 per room = 5–6 per two- or three-room apartment. Apartment size is 55–70 m², studios 20–30 m². Room types: 4+2, 3+2, 3+3, 2+2+2. Each apartment includes standard beds, bedside tables, 1–2 wardrobes, built-in wardrobes for each child, 1 dressing table with mirror, bathroom (large shower room with toilet), flat-screen TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge, balcony with summer furniture. Leaders are accommodated 2–3 per studio or 2+2 in two-room apartments. Furniture on floors 0–2 is light oak, on floors 3–4 it is white wood.

Linen is changed once every 5–7 days, towels (face and bath) every 3 days. Upon request at reception: iron, basins, hairdryers. Daily wet cleaning of rooms with disinfectant solution.

INFRASTRUCTURE:

On the ground floor: reception with Russian-speaking staff, safes (1 per group free of charge), 2 elevators, paid kids’ bar (juices, snacks, ice cream, sweets, drinks), animation office, restaurant with open terrace, multifunctional hall suitable for clubs, classes, and workshops (laminate floor, mirrored wall, mats, bean bags). On the territory: stage with professional lighting 5 m x 9 m x 0.6 m and disco lighting; medical office with duty doctors at the hotel entrance (medical insurance required); sports field with artificial turf (basketball, volleyball, mini-football), street fitness, open dance hall 8 m x 8 m with linoleum floor (for rehearsals, yoga, pilates, gymnastics, training), luggage storage. Hotel lobby has free table tennis, chill-out area, and tents for relaxation. In the evening: "Star Cinema." Laundry available for an additional fee (€2.5). Nearby: currency exchange 100 m, 2 professional football training fields 500 m.

SWIMMING POOL: Pool (22.5 m x 12 m x 1.3 m) with two professional lanes for swim training. Daily sanitation. Lifeguard, sun loungers, and umbrellas available. Area decorated with palms and flowers, illuminated at night by underwater and above-water spotlights.

MEALS: Four meals daily, buffet style: breakfast, lunch, dinner (buffet), afternoon snack (served in portions).

Each group has assigned dining times. Drinking water available 24/7.

BEACH: The camp is 400 m from the beach; the path is via paved sidewalk with pedestrian crossing. Sunny Beach resort beach zone is protected, awarded the "Blue Flag" for water and air cleanliness. Professional lifeguard stations every 100 m. Portable beach umbrellas available at hotel reception.

ANIMATION: Our team consists of animators united by common interests and goals. Our mission is to inspire children and provide memorable experiences while entertaining and developing them. Animation for all ages: from toddlers to older teens. Children love our animators and enjoy interacting with them. Program includes:

Quests, hit-parades, competitions, and games
Creative and educational workshops and clubs
Sports olympiads, tournaments, and fun races
Spectacular music, dance, and concert shows, youth parties
Daily discos, including Hawaiian pool parties

SAFETY: The complex is fully fenced, no unauthorized access, 24/7 security, video surveillance. Hotel area undergoes regular disinfection and pest control with non-toxic substances. Building has a modern fire safety system.

COMMUNICATION: Free Wi-Fi; SIM cards with internet available for purchase.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE: On the first floor, a medical office with a Russian-speaking doctor is available. Equipped with medicines and first aid supplies. Children and adults are treated under insurance by doctors from the "St. Nicholas" clinic located 1 km from the camp. The clinic is fully equipped; if necessary, children are transported to the clinic or to Burgas Regional Hospital.

NOTE TO PARENTS: By camp administration decision, group leaders collect a refundable deposit of €10 per child for potential damage to hotel property. Liability is shared by the group. If no damage occurs during the stay, the deposit is returned at the end of the session. Please consider this deposit when planning your child’s expenses.
