Answers to the most common questions about bus tours and tickets
Where can I find routes, schedules, and boarding points?
Approximate schedules with possible boarding points and geolocations for all направления (Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Romania) are available on our website in the ROUTES section. Travel time depends on border queues, traffic, and weather conditions.
How can I find my seat number and bus contact details?
On the evening before departure (after 17:00), the route sheet and tickets with seat numbers will be available for download in your booking. Please always rely on the schedule and stops indicated in the route sheet.
What documents are required for travel?
All passengers must have a valid biometric international passport or a passport with a valid multi-entry Schengen visa, regardless of age. When traveling with a child, you must carry the original birth certificate. In case of special document situations, please contact border authorities or check https://dpsu.gov.ua/.
Do I need permission from the second parent for a child to travel?
Under standard rules, traveling with one parent requires notarized consent from the other parent. Currently, during martial law in Ukraine, this consent is not required. Please always check актуальные правила on https://dpsu.gov.ua/.
Can I choose a seat on the bus?

What is the baggage allowance?
Free baggage allowance per passenger: 1 checked bag (up to 30 kg, size 65×40×35 cm) and hand luggage (only a backpack or soft bag up to 5 kg). Pre-booking additional baggage is currently not available.
What kind of buses are used? How many seats?
The carrier operates several buses with 48–90 seats. The exact bus is assigned the evening before departure. You can check details in the Our Buses section.
Is there a tour leader on the route?
A tour leader is not available on all routes.
Is there a toilet on the bus?
Toilets are closed on all routes to avoid odors and ensure comfort. Sanitary stops are made approximately every 3–4 hours.
Is Wi-Fi available? Are there power outlets?
Wi-Fi is not available on routes to Bulgaria. On routes to Greece and Turkey, buses are equipped with Starlink. Please note that in Turkey Starlink may work intermittently or not at all depending on signal coverage.
Are pets allowed?
Transport of animals is currently prohibited on all routes.
Can I travel with a small child? Do I need a separate seat?
Children of any age can travel. A separate seat must be booked for children 0+. Infants without a seat (on lap) are not accepted. Please consider the long travel time.
Medical insurance
Medical insurance is included in package tours. If you purchase only a bus ticket, you must have your own insurance policy or order one via our managers.

Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Chernivtsi, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kolomyia, Rivne, Bila Tserkva, Zhashkiv, Slavuta, Starokostiantyniv, Shepetivka, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Kropyvnytskyi, Uman, Odesa, Izmail.
Where does the bus arrive?
The bus stops at designated points along the route. After that, transfer (if included in your package) delivers tourists to hotels. Bus transportation and hotel transfer are two separate services.
Is transfer included?
Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece – transfer is included in package tours (with some exceptions). Full details are available above the tour search module.
Return transfer information
Details are provided in the tourist memo attached to your booking.
If I buy only a ticket, can I book a group transfer?
Group transfer can be added only for Bulgaria direction. For other destinations, this option is not available.
Can I send a parcel by bus?
According to carrier rules, baggage without a passenger is not accepted for transportation.
