PAYMENT TERMS
You can print the invoice by downloading it from your booking in your personal account.
You have 2 ways to pay for your order (package tours and ground services)
1. If there are less than 15 days before the tour starts — full payment must be made within 1 banking day from the moment of booking confirmation.
2. Partial payment (30% + 70%) is possible if there are at least 16 days before the tour start.
In case of partial payment, the first part must be paid within 1 calendar day from the moment the invoice is issued and must be at least 30% of the total cost.
The tour confirmation is carried out at the exchange rate актуal at the moment of confirmation.
Please print the актуal invoice at the актуal exchange rate after 10:00.
Full payment for the booking must be made no later than 15 days before the start date of the tour. The second part is paid according to the invoice issued on the day of доплата.
The additional payment invoice is valid on the day it is issued.
The актуal invoice must be downloaded directly on the day of payment from the agent’s personal account. If payment is made the next day after confirmation, or if changes are made to the original tour package affecting the price, or if payment is overdue — a new invoice must be downloaded. In case of late payment, the invoice will be reissued at the highest exchange rate.
Payment terms for TICKETS (without hotel/package booking):
Full payment must be made within 2 calendar days from the moment of booking confirmation.
Group booking payment terms for the 2026 season:
- 1. A prepayment of 20% must be made within 5 calendar days from the moment of booking.
- 2. Full payment (100%) must be made no later than 14 days before departure.
- 3. If full payment is not received 14 days before departure, the booking will be automatically cancelled with a penalty of 20% of the booking cost (prepayment is non-refundable).
- 4. Up to 14 days before departure, free cancellation of up to 10% of passengers is allowed. If cancellation exceeds 10% or is made менее than 14 days before departure — a penalty of 100% per cancelled passenger applies.
Please take these conditions into account when making bookings.
Ticket prices (round trip from/to our stops per passenger):
- ◽️ Kyiv, Lviv, Rivne, Lutsk — Bulgaria: 75 EUR
- ◽️ Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia — Bulgaria: 85 EUR
If boarding or drop-off points significantly affect the route schedule or distance, the cost is calculated upon request.
The payment date is considered the date when funds are received in the Tour Operator’s bank account.
Mixed payments (from a legal entity and an individual) are not allowed.
All payments are made in national currency.

All financial settlements are carried out upon request to the accounting department: e.linetour.finance@gmail.com
For legal entities: on company letterhead with signature and stamp (if applicable).
For individuals, the following documents are required:
- copy of passport (pages 1–2 with registration);
- copy of tax identification number;
- copy of payment receipt;
- original application according to the sample;
All copies must be certified by the owner (signature, “true copy”, date):

The refund will be processed as soon as possible unless force majeure restrictions apply.
Refunds can also be processed as a credit towards new bookings.
GUARANTEE LETTERS
Guarantee letters must be оформлені on company letterhead with signature and stamp (if applicable).
They are accepted only for bookings where the tour starts the next day after confirmation, or bookings confirmed on Friday for weekend, Monday, or public holiday departures.
Payment must be received on the first banking day before 17:00.
For bookings confirmed before 12:00, guarantee letters are accepted only with payment guaranteed on the same day.
Guarantee letters without an original signature will not be accepted.
