To start cooperation, you need to:
1. Sign the Agency Agreement (from 01.12.2023) and send a scanned copy to agent@eline-tour.com.ua along with the following documents, certified by the signatures of authorized persons and stamped (if available):
- Full company details
- Scanned signed agreement
- Copy of bank guarantee
- Copy of company registration certificate
- Copy of taxpayer certificate
- Copy of license (if available)
- Copy of the statistical certificate indicating the type of activity
When re-signing the agreement, indicate in the email subject: Re-signing of the agreement
2. Receive login and password for online booking
3. Send the original signed agreement in two copies, along with the certified documents, to:
E.LINE-TOUR LLC, 30405, Khmelnytska region, Shepetivka, 2 Krynychna St., ATP-16807
Since 25.05.2023 it is possible to sign the agency agreement via the “Vchasno” service
Instructions for signing the agreement via “Vchasno”:
- Download the agreement and fill in your company details;
- Go to https://vchasno.ua and log in with your username and password;
- Click the "Upload Document" button;
- Select document type "Agreement2", signing parties "Bilateral documents", signing order "First signature from your company";
- Click "Choose Document" and attach the filled agreement;
- Open the uploaded agreement by clicking on it in the document list;
- Click "Sign and Send";
- Enter EDRPOU of E.LINE-TOUR LLC — 35479218, email e.linetour.finance@gmail.com and click "Assign Counterparty";
- Select your digital signature, enter the key password, click "Read", then click "Sign and Send Documents".
When signing the agreement via Vchasno, send the company’s founding documents and details to agent@eline-tour.com.ua.
