Medical expenses include additional options related to the treatment of Covid-19 — for insured persons who are infected:
- Covid-19 testing for the insured person covered by the insurance company (if negative, the insured pays for the test themselves);
- Outpatient/inpatient treatment of a Covid-19 patient with symptoms – up to 14 days, without quarantine for asymptomatic infected persons;
- Organization and payment of medical evacuation for the insured person;
- Expenses for a return ticket to the insured person’s permanent residence if they missed their scheduled flight.
