EARLY BOOKING PROMOTION TERMS (SEASON 2027)

Booking period: 25.09.2026 — 31.12.2026
Travel dates: 01.04.2027—01.11.2027

DESTINATIONS: BULGARIA, TURKEY, MONTENEGRO:
Payment terms:

10% within 3 business days from the date of confirmation (*the first day is the booking confirmation date)
additional 20% by 31.01.2027 (a total of at least 30% must be paid by 31.01.2027)
remaining 70% no later than 15 days before the start of the tour

DESTINATION: GREECE:
Payment terms:

30% within 3 business days from the date of confirmation (*the first day is the booking confirmation date)
remaining 70% no later than 15 days before the start of the tour

DESTINATION: TICKETS (without hotel/package booking):
Payment terms:

full payment must be made within 2 banking days from the date of booking confirmation.

22 days or more before the start of the tour/departure – EUR 10 per tourist**;
21 days or less — according to the terms of the cooperation agreement**;
*Bookings for which hotels provide different prepayment/cancellation terms are made subject to prior agreement with the booking manager.
**Provided that no other terms have been specified by the partner/hotel.

the Early Booking promotion terms do not apply to bookings with travel dates before 01.04.2027;
replacement of tourists is possible only upon request and subject to agreement with the booking manager;
changes to travel dates are not permitted (if a date change is required, the booking may be cancelled subject to the applicable cancellation fees and a new booking must be made);
changes to the hotel / accommodation type / room category are subject to cancellation under the applicable cancellation fees, followed by the creation of a new booking;
payment is made at the applicable exchange rate on the date of invoice payment. The invoice is valid for 1 day. In case of a violation of the payment schedule, the highest exchange rate applicable from the date of booking confirmation will be applied.
