Hotel "ROSITSA" is located in the park area of the St. Konstantin and Elena resort, just 350 meters from the sea. The hotel's distance from the main roads of the resort ensures peace, quiet, and comfort for guests, which is very important for our youth groups. It features 95 triple rooms, 2 double rooms, and 4 apartments (accommodating 5-6 people), bringing the total capacity to 313 beds.
In the hotel and on the complex territory:
- Professional semi-Olympic swimming pool for sports teams (25 x 12.5 m, depth 1.3-1.8 m, 5 lanes);
- Private mini-Aquapark – 3 slides;
- Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool;
- Outdoor stage for events (10.50 x 7 m, height 3-4.50 m);
- Area for quiet games and animation;
- Table tennis;
- Sports equipment (volleyballs, basketballs, footballs, tennis rackets, etc.);
- Halls for thematic classes;
- Football field (60 m x 38 m, divisible into 3 smaller pitches of 19 m x 38 m) on the territory of Grand Hotel Varna (additional fee applies);
- Red clay tennis court (Shamotte type) on the territory of Grand Hotel Varna (additional fee applies).
Services for guests: reception, lobby bar, restaurant, internet games, safe at the reception, Wi-Fi in the lobby, garden, sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool.
In the rooms: beds, TV, refrigerator, cabinets, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom with shower.
Minimum number of children per group: 15
NET prices in euros per person per day include:
Accommodation;
4 meals per day;
Use of hotel sports facilities and sports equipment;
Lobby Wi-Fi;
1 safe per group of 15 children;
24-hour medical service;
Animation program;
Bed linen and towels changed once per week;
Room cleaning daily;
Beach umbrellas free of charge.
Extra charges:
- Daily driver rest – €9 per person (includes 1 meal);
- Daily driver rest – €12 per person (includes 2 meals);
- Extra lunch/dinner — €5 per person;
- Dry package — €4 per person.
Advance booking under standard rates (without RB):
- 30% within 14 days after booking confirmation;
- 20% 30 days before arrival;
- 50% no later than 14 days before arrival;
Cancellation policy and penalties:
Up to 31 days before arrival – free; 30–15 days – 1 night;
14–4 days — 50% of total cost of reserved spots;
3–0 days – 100% of total cost of reserved spots.
IMPORTANT: A refundable deposit of €20 per person applies. In case of material damage at the facility, the cost is deducted from the group's deposit.
